Tapplock’s Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders placed from Monday - Friday are processed within 1 business day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
To get the most up-to-date shipping cost for your delivery address, add the items you would like to purchase and simulate a checkout through our website. You will be provided with the most accurate shipping rate of the day.
We don't offer flat rate shipping in order to provide the best value in shipping for you.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
US: We ship to all P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses with USPS
Canada: If we cannot ship to a P.O. box address with FedEx, we will change it to USPS Priority Mail.
Outside of North America: If we cannot ship to a P.O. box address with FedEx, we will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from our team. Once your order ships from our warehouse in the US, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Tapplock Corp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tapplock Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Tapplock's Return/Refund Policy
Within 30 calendar days of the shipping date, you can exchange your item for an alternate colour or product or receive a refund to the original method of payment. We will not accept returns on orders shipped after 30 calendar days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused in the original sealed packaging; and
- In the same condition that you received it
In order to complete your return from Tapplock.com, you are required to email our support team at reception@tapplock.com or submit a support request at support.tapplock.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). (Please note: any orders that are returned to our warehouse without an RMA will receive a $10 USD restocking fee. Restocking fee will be deducted from the outstanding refund)
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tapplock Corp will not pay or refund any shipping charges. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
